Simon Edwards - Managing Director
Simon is the Founder and Managing Director of Values Based Solutions.
He has over 21 years of experience in property and financial services and brings together a unique and diverse skill set which shape his expertise as a Business Property Specialist.
Since acquiring his first commercial property at the age of 17, Simon has gained extensive property experience, both from buying and managing his own properties and from many years employment in the property industry. He has previously held executive positions within property funds management, including the chief responsibility for buying, selling and leasing commercial properties as well as advising on property fund structures. Complementing this, Simon is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience as a Taxation Specialist, Financial Planner and Project Manager.
Through his values based work ethic and team focused culture, Simon has developed systems and processes that achieve results. He has also created an extensive network of talented property professionals, whose services he feels privileged to be able to call upon. Simon’s skill base is ideally suited to assisting clients with their business property requirements.
Martin Sinfield - Director
Martin is a Director of Values Based Solutions and also the company’s Finance Specialist.
He is a Chartered Accountant with 18 years domestic and international experience in financial services and property and brings a diverse and complementary skill set to the business.
For the 6 years preceding the establishment of Values Based Solutions, Martin held senior management roles within property funds management and banking. He has extensive experience in driving business performance through strategic planning and analysis and as a finance business partner to Executives and their teams. He has also held chief responsibility for researching commercial property markets and property fund propositions, analysing and delivering recommendations on sales, acquisitions, leasing and portfolio management and managing the process for obtaining independent fund ratings.
Martin’s combination of finance, property, strategic and analytical skills are ideally suited to providing clients with robust solutions to their business property needs.
